LEADERSHIP

MIT Gordon Engineering Leadership Program

The Gordon Engineering Leadership is an active way to learn vital leadership skills. I'm part of the 2 year selective program in which we, as seniors, lead the program. This is where I feel that I am gaining the soft skills and techniques that will allow me to change the face of organizations. And of course, create my own.

The MIT Live Music Connection

My band and I started junior year at MIT with the idea that we could bring other student musicians together in a helpful and beneficial way. We grew the idea of bringing music to MIT by MIT into a full organization. There are so many exciting opportunities for growth and service, from world music to variety shows to benefit concerts.

LaserKard LLC / Forever Bold (new name)

In college, I wanted to learn how to start a company. At MIT, we are encouraged to pursue our ideas and 'learn by doing'. My friend and business partner, Robert Mcintyre and I, have done just that, he as the CTO and myself as the CEO. The challenges and opportunities have been a fascinating learning experience.

MIT Camp Kesem

Camp Kesem is a camp for the children (ages 6-13) of cancer patients that is entirely fundraised for and run by college students. I've been involved in the MIT for just over 3 years now, and it has been an amazing way to give back. This past year I helped start the Teen Program, for ages 14-16.
